@MottobyHilton Thanks for nothing. Showed up with a reservation, made through corporate travel services and guaranteed with a card, only to be told there was no room for me and was rebooked, without my knowledge, in a suburban hotel 25 minutes away from my conference site. Bye!

Hey new york what do you do when you sleep in a new hotel on the 22nd floor and this is the second fire alarm in 3-4hours? @MottobyHilton @mottohotel has to be the worst opening between issues with keys, elevators and this. #notready #neverstayinghereagain.
