To coincide with the #A250, Microsoft unveiled an AI experience that lets visitors have a conversation with U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt at the new @TRPresLibrary. And who better to put our avatar to the test than American historian @DorisKGoodwin? The result was a conversation across time. Powered by @Microsoft technology and built on Roosevelt’s writings, speeches, letters, and historical records, this experience shows how technology can make archives more accessible, scholarship more dynamic, and history more engaging for a new generation.

@docsmsft @amandaksilver I don’t like C# not because of the language but the way people use it. Unnecessary abstractions and needless completely, that used to help some job security for those enterprises developers but AI will finish the job.

I added JSX syntax to C# (Roslyn), and built a React-like UI framework POC. Here it is in action, rendering my CSX component, incrementing state from a button click handler, re-rendering, and hot reload!

@Daniel_Rubino Now when I log in to the cloud windows machine from an AVP, I think of continuum. You had to exist and vanish for other tech to be born.

Hard to believe it’s been exactly 11 years since Build 2015. 🤯 I remember our coverage being a total whirlwind as Microsoft was rapid-firing Windows 10 Mobile features so fast we could barely keep up. But then they showed off Continuum, and for a second, the room went silent. It felt like a genuine game-changer. The "PC in your pocket" dream was finally happening. Plug your phone into a dock and boom: a full desktop UI. It was years ahead of its time, yet it never truly caught on. Even today, Samsung has a dedicated cult following for DeX, but they still struggle to explain to the average person why they need it. Being "first" in tech is rarely enough if the ecosystem isn't ready to follow. Still, I’ll always have a soft spot for that Lumia 950 era and the absolute ambition behind it. Who else still has a Display Dock gathering dust in a drawer? 🙋‍♂️ #Build2015 #WindowsPhone Full (lol, it's very short) story at Windows Central from 2015👇 windowscentral.com/microsoft/wind…

For anyone who used a computer between 1990 & 2005… what’s the one game you still think about?
