1. Resist the temptation too get serious too soon. There's no need to drastically transform the coaching philosophy.
Some reasons for sports drop out include:

The Goat SHD has been refused permission. It failed to meet the Urban Development & Building Height Guidelines; it did not integrate into area, was too over bearing, was too visually injurious. The application was poor. I hope the next one is respectful of the surrounding area.

One dog has died and several others ill in the last couple of weeks. @DLRCC are unaware of any poison being laid, but dog owners should be vigilant of what their dog is eating/drinking while out.
