Where are the women who strive for equality between men and women?

For a bunch of different reasons. When you put a woman into that type of environment the normal work dynamic is completely upended. Constantly looking over your shoulder make sure you don’t say anything that could be taken as offensive. Also women in that environment garner ate a lot of male attention. They will usually start sleeping with one of the guys while flirting with all of them. Whoever’s left out will get jealous. Women typically don’t last too long out there but long enough to throw the rig in the chaos.
