Fiennes plays Heathcliff and teams up for the first of many times with Juliette Binoche as Cathy 1 and Cathy 2. Does this one stand on it's own or is this an adaption that deserves to be lost in the shuffle?

Bane creator Graham Nolan on James Gunn's Superman movie: "Superman has one histrionic outburst after another and wonders why he’s mistrusted? Way too beta. It’s not being tribal. Yes, on the spectrum of pro wrestling’s SUBJECTIVE DESIRABILITY, I slightly favor WWE. But my entertainment value of pro wrestling, writ large, has declined over the years. Regardless, my comment is how I interpret your analysis over years of listening to every single WOL, B&V, WOR—every one—since about 2017. I subscribed to the site, then YouTube, because I think you’re a top-tier, entertaining podcaster. Have you heard of unconscious bias? I don’t accuse you of deliberate favoritism. You were a wrestler, for God’s sake. I get it. High-paying jobs for the workers and all of that—I get it. It’s A LOT to put oneself through for a career and a living. I don’t put these comments out flippantly, unsubstantiated, or to be a jackass. I, too, want an entertainment outlet free (or at least much lessened) of tribalistic tendencies. But the language very often used is slanted. That is what I argue. And that’s all.

it seems like the pitt attracts people who have never watched television before it's such a bizarre phenomenon. talking about weird pacing and "dropped" plotlines which makes no sense when talking about the pitt because it's a weekly show that doesn't all come out at once

We live in an era with more Hollywood martial arts movie made than ever but with fewer stars who actually knows martial arts. Like JCVD was probably one of the least skilled martial arts stars of his era but we have no one right now who’s even remotely close to him.
