One of the more interesting slides from Capcom's financial report shows where it sells the most games. The United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, UK, Germany, China and Japan are the markets where Capcom sold over 1 million games last year. This includes console and PC games.

Nintendo are FINALLY releasing the Switch 1 in India, it's about damn time, cutting out 1.4 billion people from accessing your console is stupid. All my friends in India illegally pirate Nintendo games on their PCs' because they literally have no other option. Nintendo has relied way too heavily on Japan and the U.S. for the bulk of its software and hardware sales for far too long and needs to look at other markets. PlayStation is the dominant gaming brand globally because Sony sells the console in most markets and they have been very aggressive about it.
