I just documented our full end-to-end Claude Code system.
Not a tutorial.
Not a tips thread.
A complete playbook from first login to running 10-15 parallel sessions while you sleep.
Most Claude Code guides are full of:
→ Basic setup steps with no context
→ Generic prompts that produce nothing useful
→ No mention of CLAUDE.md or how to build real memory
→ Zero workflow structure for GTM and sales teams
This playbook is different. It's the actual system the top builders run.
What's documented:
→ Remote Control setup so Claude works from your phone while the terminal runs
→ Parallel session management across 10-15 simultaneous tasks
→ CLAUDE.md architecture - the file that makes Claude smarter every session
→ Slash commands for daily workflows like /commit-push-pr
→ Subagent setup including code-simplifier and verify-app
→ Live Signal to Outreach Intelligence workflow using MCP
→ Scheduled tasks for daily market briefs, file triage, and team reports
If you're here to:
→ Stop babysitting Claude one task at a time
→ Run outreach research, account enrichment, and signal scraping in parallel
→ Build a system that compounds instead of resets every session
This gives you one system to run.
You also get:
→ The exact CLAUDE.md structure to load context once and never repeat yourself
→ Workflow prompts for Live Signal to Outreach Intelligence
→ Parallel Account Research setup across 3-5 sessions simultaneously
→ The verification loop prompt that produces 2-3x better output
Want it?
Reply CLAUDE and I’ll DM it
P.S. This isn't a beginner intro to Claude.
It's a operating manual for people who want Claude running their GTM workflows autonomously, not just answering questions.

Best OpenClaw breakdown I've seen from someone actually running a serious business on it.
The 80/20:
1. Two memory layers (daily logs + curated long-term memory)
2. Pre-meeting briefs 60 min before every call
3. Post-meeting action items auto-routed to Todoist
4. Weekly self-improvement loop (the agent researches upgrades itself)
5. LLMs for reasoning, scripts for everything else
6. Morning/evening WhatsApp briefs
He's managing a fundraise with 100+ LP contacts through this system. 605K views for a reason.

I replaced a $500K/year team with $1,100/month in AI.
23 agents. 5 departments. Everything automated.
4 businesses. 7 figures. Zero employees.
Here's the full operating system:
→ Engineering: Claude Code (47 Fortune 500 deployments this month)
→ Business Ops: @Accio_official (312 tasks automated, zero manual back-office)
→ Content: AI OS (3.1M impressions/month, zero keyboards touched)
→ Sales: AI SDR ($500K active pipeline, no agency)
→ Client Delivery: Agent Fleet (9 live Fortune 500 deployments, zero babysitting)
Business ops is the layer most solo operators never automate.
Supplier sourcing, vendor outreach, procurement, quote comparison — all running without me.
What makes this unfair:
→ $0 payroll vs $500K+ for a team doing the same work
→ 1,847 hours reclaimed this quarter
→ Every agent reports into one console
→ Scales to any volume without hiring
4 businesses. 23 agents. 1 operator.
I documented the entire setup. Every agent, every tool, every workflow, every dollar of infrastructure cost.

"I know what AI services to sell but how do I find clients?"
7 methods that don't require a following or a marketing budget:
1. Host a local AI meetup. Free venue, 20-min presentation, collect emails. I got 7 leads from one event.
2. Door knock 10 local businesses this week. "I help businesses save 10+ hours/week with AI. Want a free 15-min audit?"
3. LinkedIn DMs (not salesy ones). Ask "what's the most annoying part of your day-to-day?" 20/day = 5-10 conversations by Friday.
4. Free AI audits for your existing network. Text people you already know. My first 3 paying clients came from this.
5. Partner with agencies and consultants who already have your ideal clients. Offer a referral cut.
6. Weekly "AI Office Hours" at a coworking space. Free for them, warm leads for you.
7. Post your wins 3-5x/week for 90 days. Not to go viral. To stay top of mind.
None of these require an existing audience to be successful.
Pick one. Do it for 30 days. Then add another.
