@OVOEnergy Despite a maintenance contract with Ovo, our boiler has been out of service for 6 days, with multiple unfulfilled repair visits. No engineer has arrived, even after emphasising the urgency due to a vulnerable 7-week-old baby at home. Please supply a point of contact.
