Walking through this morning with my children, I saw this man literally staring at my children, the closer I got I realised he was sat there fully exposed. I told him to cover himself up and he said no. I called him a dirty bastard and he said he didn’t care. What the fuck. I hurried the kids past as quickly as I could and he got up, rubbed his willy and then pulled his trousers up. He then went and sat on the swings.
