Over the last 5 seasons, Manchester City have spent roughly £90–100m more on transfers, over £120m more on agent fees, and around £700m more on wages than Arsenal.
Net spend is a poor guide, however, Arsenal is 830m, and Man City is 1.095B since Pep arrived.

Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary has called for an outright ban on early morning pre-flight pints at airport bars. He said he “fails to understand” why anyone is served beer at 5 or 6am and wants alcohol sales restricted to normal licensing hours only.
