@TheS_Resource And one of my players I literally couldn’t tell you what his best position is, but can play any position and do it well. Only 9 year old but as they get older will do him the world of good.

@TheS_Resource I’ve always rotated players. My tallest player everytime i tried to move him out of defence hated it and always asked to go back. This season I moved him to midfield, he kept asking to go back but I stuck with it and he’s flying there now

A 10-year-old who is tall, kicks it long, clears it and gets told every single week they're playing centre back, because it's convenient for the coach.
Fast forward to 15 and they've never played in midfield, never tried up front and never been given the chance to find out what else they might be capable of.

@mcfc_jb Thats what annoys me the most ....when he makes a mistake its like someone who as played in that position all there life wont make any mistakes.....every defender makes a mistake you weigh up the pros and cons ...and his pros this year are off the scale ...

Glad Bernardo didn’t leave at the end of last season when people were saying he was finished. Leaves now with his respect and head held high and still probably a year to soon. What a player and 100% a legend at the club. Let’s give him the send off he deserves

@mcfc_jb Wasn’t the best place to be during that first season wearing the kit on the left. 4 wins from 23 home league games in the championship. I missed 2 games all season for the birth of my son. Both wins 🙄
