Final week of my first year as a teacher. What a journey! I honestly wondered if I'd make it through, but I've grown into it with some amazing people around me. It's going to be emotional saying goodbye to my first class 😭

@Headteacherchat As an ECT1 I have no issue with pay at the moment. Workload is the number 1 reason. I find this incredibly hard to manage and I know of other ECTs who are already leaving or thinking about it.
