By the time the end of the school day arrives at 3:30pm, my mind is active reflecting on the micro decisions I’ve made during the school day. The safeguarding conversations / decisions, corridor conversations, tone of an email, student interactions, meetings with colleagues and parents. Leadership isn’t loud. It’s the constant, unseen choosing to care, again and again. #headship #reflections

***INCLUSION*** I’ve been thinking and reading lots over the last few weeks about inclusion. Inclusion isn’t something that happens in a designated room. Inclusion should be woven into the school tapestry and be part of the day-to -day interactions.
