By the time the end of the school day arrives at 3:30pm, my mind is active reflecting on the micro decisions I’ve made during the school day. The safeguarding conversations / decisions, corridor conversations, tone of an email, student interactions, meetings with colleagues and parents. Leadership isn’t loud. It’s the constant, unseen choosing to care, again and again. #headship #reflections

👉 What does my team need from me right now? Not more urgency. Not more pressure. But clarity. Trust. Accountability. Encouragement. That’s how healthy teams grow.
