I did my longest ever run today, and the average pace was faster than my other 20k+ runs. It was mostly on tracks on the moors. I walked up some of the steep hills to stop my heart rate spiking.

Current ideas: Frimpong could be essential, Johnson a potential break out player with Son leaving and Maddison out, VvD can easily become Gabriel, Saliba or Gvardiol (keen to see whether he plays as a centre back or not), Watkins and Tielemans take advantage of AVL's lovely 1/3
