@thegarybrecka I would love to... but I wake up at 4:45 AM with my pups and the sun's not out for over another hour. So I drink a big glass of water with some salt, then drink my coffee, and on to morning cardio in my garage.

Before coffee, do this: Step outside for morning sunlight. It resets your circadian rhythm, improves cortisol timing, and tells your brain it’s time to be awake.

The second I sat inside a BYD at the electric motor show in Dublin 2 years ago I immediately predicted it to become the top selling electric car in Ireland within 5 years. Looks like it's heading that way. Great move to poach the head of design from Audi.
Adrian Weckler@adrianweckler

Tesla has fallen out of the top 10 electric car brands in Ireland, where EV sales are rising. Also now outside top 20 overall car brands. It’s best-seller, Model Y, now down to 78th. Its stats may/will improve, but there appears to be a brand-specific sales decline trend

And our young people just entering the world of work will be the worst hit. Youth unemployment is set to skyrocket and hundreds of thousands are lumbered with student debt incurred on courses (many of which were newly created and ultimately of no benefit to anybody) which is growing and growing...

@sawsells Indeed thanks for sharing the REAL story. I am so fatigued by the fake, schmaltzy, fairy-tale stories circulating and who better than to put all those to permanent rest than you! 😎

👉 In 2019, we brought AI.com to market through Saw.com. No AI hype. No ChatGPT. No mainstream frenzy. It sold for millions. Recently, it resold for $70,000,000. This wasn’t luck. It wasn’t a $100 accident. It was strategic positioning, targeted outreach, and a buyer who understood what AI would become before the rest of the world did. Premium domains aren’t expenses. They’re category-defining assets. The best deals happen when vision meets timing. 🌏 Read the full insider story on our blog straight from @JeffreyMGabriel:saw.com/blog/en/articl… #PremiumDomains #DomainBroker #AI #DigitalAssets #AIcom #AIstartup #ArtificialIntelligence #TechStrategy #InnovationEconomy #VentureCapital #StartupGrowth

@Loopify The mistake people make is thinking money they deposit with banks is their own. As soon as you do that it ceases being their own. Big Brother, 1984 etc. is all too real now unfortunately.

I've been using Natwest as a bank for 5+ years and have moved millions through it. Albeit I haven't had a great experience with them, I have never been in a situation like today. Trying to move £50,000 to my Revolut and they flagged it. Hopped on a call trying to get it authorised but they straight up said we won't do that and will revert it because I planned to purchase Crypto with that money. They cited it's part of their terms and services EVEN if the account holder gives approval. Absolutely stupid. I will look into closing my account after this. How can they just hold your money hostage even WHILST you are literally telling them as the account holder what you are doing with the money? Especially when its not a new account and has so much history? @NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness

@Trendulkar Rubbish. He bought it for $8 million a handful of years ago. Still, an awesome return but not the dreamy, sickly sweet fairytale many love purveying about life. Keep it real.

The premium domain 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.𝗰𝗼𝗺 is currently available for sale! "Red Palace" carries strong associations with luxury, exclusivity, and fortune - making it a natural fit for an online casino, gambling platform, poker site, or premium gaming brand. The colour red is widely recognised as a symbol of good luck and prosperity in Chinese culture, which adds significant appeal for brands targeting Asian markets or a global audience in the iGaming space. If you're building or expanding in this sector, this could be a valuable asset. DM me for details!

@StarPlatinum_ He purchased it for $8 million so a sale at $70 million is still a nice return. Assuming he paid a 10% brokerage fee to the person helping him sell it, it's still a c. 675% return in a handful of years. I think all of us would take that! 😎

How to turn a $100 domain into $70,000,000 The case of Arsyan Ismail: - Malaysian tech kid - obsessed with the internet early - registers AI com in 1993 - only 10 years old - pays $100 - “AI” matched his initials Early projects: - creates Orenscript at 15 - mIRC script hits 80,000+ downloads in the late 90s - launches Kawanster, a Malaysian social network - founds his own company, 1337 Tech, in 2013 - also becomes one of the first Malaysians in Bitcoin - launches early Bitcoin marketplaces Meanwhile… AI com becomes one of the rarest domains on earth - two letters - the internet’s most valuable narrative 2023 - Ai com starts redirecting between giants - points to ChatGPT - then to Elon Musk’s xAI - everyone watches it like a trophy 2026 - the deal finally happens - Crypto com CEO Kris Marszalek buys AI com - price: $70,000,000 - paid entirely in crypto - brokered by Larry Fischer That’s a 700,000x return - $100 to $70M - held for 32 years - biggest publicly known domain sale ever Sometimes the best trade in history is just buy early and hold forever

@FT Arguably the most expensive domain name ever was cars.com with an intangible value pegged at over $800 million. The whole business was valued at $2.5 billion, a third of which was estimated to be the domain - without which the business would not be a unicorn...

@EstherMcVey1 And now 6 towards the top of that list have since left which is the equivalent of over 400k regular taxpayers in the UK. Yet again the average UK citizen who actually positively contributes to society will foot the bill. You voted for socialism, you got it...

Over the weekend the UK's highest taxpayers were revealed. The top 100 paid £5.7billion in tax last year alone. The average taxpayer pays £7,000 a year, so those 100 people paid the equivalent of 823,000 taxpayers – that’s roughly the population of two large UK cities. If we’re ever to get this country back as an economic powerhouse, it’s essential we celebrate those people & shake off this nasty, socialist mindset that sees wealth creation as something to be ashamed of. In fact I suggest we should look to use the honours scheme to reward them not just for the amount they pay in tax but for the employment opportunities they provide too. Not only would that properly recognise these brilliant people, it might even encourage the wealthiest to stay in the country (14,000 left last year under socialist Starmer/Reeves rule) and maximise their tax bill rather than minimise it. 👇 express.co.uk/news/uk/216580…

This is disturbing. I've purchased Kerrygold butter because I thought it was made from cows that only ate grass. It turns out that if a cow eats 1 blade of grass in its life the company can say the cow is grassfed. This was the basis of a lawsuit against Kerrygold. The product needs to say 100% grass-fed to be sure the cow was always fed grass. thecleanlivingpath.com/pollution/the-…

@Artemisfornow And in addition a lot of finance companies are going to come unstuck. EVs depreciate up to 80% after just three years and their value at the end of the lease is less than they leased the car based on its final value at...meaning they lose on every EV lease deal.

‼️ This is your Sunday WTF moment … British carmakers are paying cash to subsidise Chinese manufacturers because they couldn’t sell enough EVs to hit government targets. Under the UK’s Zero-Emission Vehicle rules, they have to sell increasing % of EVs. If they don’t hit those targets, they must buy credits from companies that did sell enough EVs And guess what … that means British car makers giving cash to Chinese cheap EV manufacturers. Exactly like the EU. This is the most ridiculous, mind blowing self destruction bollocks policy ever made up 💣
