I got a text this morning as my GP wants to phone me to discuss my ‘raised cholesterol.’ I’ve booked the phoned call already as I can’t waste the opportunity to tell my GP I’m happy with my results and to explain why. A ratio of 3 is excellent. So is a triglyceride level of 0.7 Imagine if I didn’t understand what these numbers actually mean, the text this morning would have worried me and I would probably be open to any suggestions my GP will have to help ‘lower’ my ‘bad’ cholesterol level.

Huge win for health! RFK Jr just explained that doctors will now get paid to take patients OFF unnecessary and harmful medications through a new policy called “deprescribing.” This is the first policy of its kind, and will incentivize doctors to STOP prescribing unnecessary medications.

Today, a CIA whistleblower sat before my committee and confirmed what I've said for years: government officials, including Dr. Fauci, deliberately misled the American people about the origins of COVID-19. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is sworn testimony. 🧵

Think salt causes high blood pressure? Think again! Studies show the opposite and that restricting sodium actually makes you more likely to die. Here I show the truth about salt, and how many people have healed their fatigue simply by eating natural salt midwesterndoctor.com/p/the-truth-ab…

Many people who try keto for mental illness don't commit. They cut carbs for two weeks, feel weird (maybe keto flu), and quit. That's not a failed treatment. That's an incomplete one. I was strict keto for nine months before I felt confident calling it a recovery. And now it's been over five years. The first few weeks were the adjustment. The healing was slower. But after 8-12 weeks, I knew something miraculous was happening. Stick with it long enough to actually find out if it works for you.

The American meatloaf was the Wednesday-night meal of every working- and middle-class family in the country for about ninety years. The recipe: two pounds of 70/30 chuck, ground that morning by the butcher down the road. One onion, finely chopped. Two cloves of garlic. Two eggs. A cup of breadcrumbs from yesterday's loaf, torn up and dried in a low oven. A cup of whole milk. A spoonful of Worcestershire. Salt and black pepper. A handful of parsley from the back garden. A topping: half a cup of ketchup, two spoonfuls of brown sugar, a dash of cider vinegar. The mother mixed it with her hands, because a wooden spoon would not get the breadcrumbs through the meat properly, and because her own mother had taught her that the mixing was where the meatloaf was decided. The mixture went into a loaf pan. The glaze went on top. Into the oven at 350°F for an hour. By half past five the kitchen smelled of beef, onion, and caramelising ketchup, and the children, hearing it from upstairs, knew without being told that it was Wednesday. A meatloaf served four for dinner and two for sandwiches the next day. Thirty-five minutes of work. The cheapest hot meal a family could put on a table. A 2026 family of four, on a Wednesday at half past five, is more likely to be eating a Hello Fresh kit assembled from a cardboard box by a parent who got home at twenty past, or a frozen lasagne reheated in a microwave by a teenager who has not seen the rest of the household since breakfast. The meatloaf is not dead. The 70/30 chuck is at any butcher who will grind it on request. The pan is in the cupboard. The recipe is in the cookbook. The Wednesday is still there.

Robert Kennedy Jr. wants to do the most basic thing science can do - compare the health outcomes of vaccinated children to unvaccinated children using the largest medical database in America. That's it. That's the study. That's the scientific method. And the American Academy of Pediatrics is suing him to stop it. Think about what that means. Not content with blocking changes to the vaccine schedule, they are now going to court to prevent an investigation into whether the schedule is actually producing healthy children. The one question the entire program should have been answering for fifty years, and the people who run that program are fighting in federal court to make sure it never gets asked. This is an industry protecting itself from its own data. I am not accusing anyone in medicine of malice. I am saying that the long-term health investigation has never been done with the seriousness it deserves, and now that someone is finally trying to do it, there is a worldwide effort to shut it down before it starts. We have to do this study. We have databases right now, like the Henry Ford Health database, that could give us real answers. Every database in this country should be opened to this investigation. The scientific method demands it. The health of our children demands it. The only people who have something to fear from the truth are the ones fighting this hard to hide from it. My doctor put me on a statin after my heart attack at 52. I trusted him. Within months I started falling apart. Memory loss. Depression. Joint pain that made the sport I loved impossible. I didn't connect it to the pill. Nobody told me to. This thread is everything I wish someone had told me before I swallowed that first pill. 🧵

I'm not anti-medicine. I'm anti-ignorance. I'm not against statins for everyone. I'm against statins as the default answer for everyone. If my doctors had tested what actually matters, I might never have had a heart attack at 52. My daughter might never have had to fly home to tell me I'd disappeared. That's what this is about. I eat the same meal every single day. A ribeye, eight eggs, and beef tallow. Around 3,100 calories. 263 grams of fat. 186 grams of protein. 3 grams of carbs from the eggs. My ketones stay between 1 and 4.5 millimolar. My mood is stable. I haven't had a manic episode in years. I've been on a strict ketogenic or carnivore diet for over five years. People ask if I miss food. I miss having a manic episode less.

Part 2 drops this week. I'll show you what drives calcium into your arteries. Why statins raise your score but lower your risk. Why marathon runners have calcium scores in the thousands and live longer than their doctors. And I'll tell you why my calcium score is over 1,000 and I sleep like a baby. A Harvard study just proved a man can carry LDL cholesterol of 700 for seven years and have zero plaque in his arteries. Zero. Not a single cubic millimeter. My LDL was 110 when I had my heart attack at 52. Normal. Optimal by every guideline. He had LDL 700 with clean arteries. I had LDL 110 and nearly died. If LDL caused heart disease, his arteries would be destroyed and mine would be clean. The opposite happened. Something is very wrong with the cholesterol story.

SHOCKING WHISTLEBLOWER: RN Kimberly Overton Exposes the TRUTH "Patients did NOT die of COVID. They were KILLED by hospital protocols — REMDESIVIR, VENTILATORS, and the denial of life-saving treatments. Ventilators are the new GAS CHAMBERS." "I worked ICU during the pandemic... I could not watch one more of my patients needlessly die due to DEADLY hospital protocols." No bodies piling up at homes or on streets — they were dying INSIDE hospitals from medical mismanagement and a corrupt system. This wasn't a virus. It was PROTOCOL MURDER.

The psych ward in San Diego was my fourth hospitalization. I had a bag of my things, my laptop, and about three weeks of homelessness behind me. My dad found me at a Starbucks. The look on his face. He never gave up. Neither did my mom. And eventually their refusal to give up on me connected with something that actually worked. If you have someone in your life with serious mental illness: don't stop looking. And try keto. 🙂

I’ve had patients:
• lose weight
• reverse T2 diabetes
• normalize blood pressure
• lower triglycerides
• improve HDL
• reduce inflammation
• come off medications
• regain energy and mental clarity …only to be told they are “less healthy” because LDL went up.

Ask your cardiologist to guess what happened to people with dementia when they quit statins for 6 weeks in this 2012 study. Their dementia improved. For bonus points, ask them to guess what happened when they resumed statin therapy. Their dementia worsened.
