I think a super underrated and ignored aspect of @Battlefield class restriction is forcing enemies to “pick their poison”. For fragging and keeping your team up, medic used to be the best class, BUT when you add a vehicle you need engineers, who are worse at fragging and reviving. A good jet or heli player will force the enemy to equip stingers and lose infantry power. A good tank player will force engineers with anti tank. A good tank and aircraft will split the countering efforts even further! In BF6, one class was running a meta AR, shooting down aircraft and blowing up tanks, ALL in the same life.
