Merely relying on the internal status shown in your system, without verifying the actual courier-level status and root cause, does not help in resolving the issue. The problem here is not about allowing time until the end of the day the shipment has already been flagged for return. Providing generic responses like “please allow us time” may help manage public perception, but it does not reflect a genuine effort to address the customer’s concern or fix the underlying issue.
