It is an unjust scenario, in the face of which we cannot fail to question ourselves and commit to change things. There is no lack of resources at the root of disparities, but the need to address solvable problems related to a more equitable distribution of wealth, to be achieved with moral sense and honesty.

@PlayFor90 This would be such an unserious and insulting move to fans. I understand if Joveljic is begging to leave, it’s hard to hold stop him. But if that is not the situation, ownership trying to profit off this disastrous season by selling him would be an indignity.

DONE DEAL: #SportingKC has completed the transfer of Manu Garcia and Shapi Suleymanov from Aris Thessaloniki. Garcia a DP through 2027 with an option for '28. Suleymanov on a normal deal through 2026 with an option for '27. Moves first reported by @tombogert + @ilkallonas.

People getting upset in the quote tweets/replies. Let me preface by saying: I by and large do not care about women’s sports. Has zero to do with it being women playing but the fact that higher level of play is in the version played by men. If that statement upsets you, sorry? I’m glad women have the opportunity to compete and play. I’m just not the target demo. And where I said “no one cares” I meant I’d never use the Current as a bragging right for KC sports in a debate with another fandom. MBL, NHL, NBA, and NFL are the big 4–MLS isn’t even cared much about in comparison to those leagues! I’d rather sit down and watch Sporting KC lose than The Current win. Same goes for literally any sport. If The Current win their chip, yay KC sports! but I have no interest in watching. If you do: more power to ya! Glad we have options! My preference shouldn’t take away from your enjoyment!
