I look at a fair few Ofsted reports, so often the teacher development area is the same- how teachers check for pupil understanding and use that information to adapt their teaching in real-time. Use mini-whiteboards folks. There's literally nothing better.

@GabSutton An early season runout with Wigan looked very promising - especially in that opening day win against Northampton Town. Unfortunately, Lowe opted to leave Brenan out after a few poor team performances and he didn’t get to feature much again. A raw yet tidy player. One to watch.

Tobias Brenan needs to be in the Wigan squad next season, for whichever league. Looks a lovely roaming playmaker with a fluid flexibility about his game; happy to drop deep but then also more than willing to affect the game in the final third. Only 19 as well 📈 #WAFC 🔵⚪️

Speaking to a Head last week, near 25% of the incoming cohort has EHCPs. Not just SEND - that list is bigger still - but EHCP. Either this system is broke, or there has been such a huge rise in special needs and disabilities that there needs to be a full national enquiry

@shrewsathome @PKendrickWIG To be top end of any league you need goals, but we don’t have anyone with a track record of scoring no. Saydee and Costelloe have their qualities and they work hard but they haven’t scored the goals

@PKendrickWIG This is a big month for Lowe and the club. He’s got some cracking games to turn it round and get the fans back onside. The squad is good enough to be top end L1 and we’ve got some good youngsters coming through. He’s done his budget now do his job
