My uncle married 4 wives believing men are the prize. He never provided for any of them. He never paid his children’s school fees. Today, he is over 90 and still cooks for himself, washes his own clothes, and takes care of himself. None of his children cares for him. I have a controversial take about polygamy. Fair, if you’re well-to-do before getting married at all. Unfair, if you built from scratch with your wife and you married more women after finally making money. That first wife who built with you deserves all adoration, alone.
