We bought a king size bed from Bernie and Phyls in Westborough, Massachusetts. We spoke to the director of customer service who appears to be a daughter of one of the owners. Her name is Michelle Rubin Pepe. We told her that our king size bed collapsed in the middle of the night. We were asking to have someone come out to our house to service the bed so we can sleep. They told us the best they could do would be to get us a date sometime in early April. That’s roughly 3 weeks away. So apparently when you buy a bed from Bernie and Phyls in Massachusetts and the bed does not hold up, you have to sleep on the floor for three weeks until they repair the damage. PLEASE share this to let Bernie and Phil know that this is not appropriate customer service. 🙏🙏

My wife’s out drinking. This is one tough Saturday to stay sober. Idk what to do, I warned her I would break down eventually, she won’t even text back. She thinks it’s ok because she drinks once every once in a blue moon… I promised her I wouldn’t bother her but I feel defeated. I feel like she don’t care. Please help!

They are not the same people they were when they met 12 yrs ago. People change and relationships don't like change. There is no blame. its just time to move on.

@shelbygraphic you only fail when you stop trying. Not everyone "gets it" the first time out. It's better if you only have to do it once,but there is always hope if you keep trying.

Just because I have almost 5 years of sobriety doesn’t mean that I don’t know what it’s like to relapse. Ive had an issue with alcohol for half my life. Many times I tried to get sober and failed. Don’t let your story end because of a relapse. There’s always hope.

@SSB_Rick My wife will have an occasional glass of wine, or beer. I don't begrudge her that and it does not bother me. My ex smoked pot and drank constantly. That relationship did not survive my sobriety. My wife supports my sobriety, my ex didn't.
