The phone community is picking apart the Clicks Communicator, as expected since it's not made for them really, at least not as a primary phone. Not everyone likes how phones have become a huge distraction in our lives, and it is appealing to have a product attempting to remove the distractions while not compromising on its ability to communicate on modern platforms. I don't know if it will work the way they want it to. I won't be preordering it but I do support what they are trying to do. I hope it works out. Remember, not every phone needs to try and appeal to everyone. It's okay to make a phone for a niche community and market.
