No @coldxman . Trump did not provide permanent funding for HBCUs. He zeroed out the funding (for 1 program) and Alma Adams wrote the bill that passed both chambers with veto proof majorities. He did nothing! @abbydphillip @tavissmiley

@DrKChilds I believe two things are at play with this thought. 1) The content being intentional with enriching and captivating practices rather than rote skills or limited applications. 2) Teachers capacity to be dynamic educators extending beyond the classroom time.
