I can't wait for the next episode of #arday there were so many gems in this first one. It had a nice professional feel to it, the actors all did great, the story is raw and heartbreaking. Just seeing my beautiful people depicted with such nuance and range and not as cardboard 😍
The first episode of Arday series has left me completely mesmerized! It captured the journey of Somali students so beautifully. I love the last part which describes the beautiful and un breakable relationship between a mother and her daughter! I am enamored with it.
Moved beyond words by Arday's 1st ep. Rollercoaster of emotions laughter, tears, environment & mental health messages. Appreciated mother-daughter relationship & singing. Congrats to cast & crew for showing Somali people to the world.#Arday
Having watched the first premiere of the Arday Film Series on Bile TV, I was thoroughly impressed not by the film's exceptional visual quality, its balanced sound and breathtaking filming locations, but the first episode conveyed several remarkable messages that deeply resonated with me, bringing to light significant cultural and social issues that warrant our attention:
1 - The significance of a mother-daughter relationship, built on trust, friendship, and mutual support, which was beautifully illustrated through heartfelt scenes of the two characters singing and confiding in each other.
2 - the toll of a country's pressing issues have on its citizens' mental health, as many individuals struggle with depression and other mental illnesses without access to necessary care or treatment. In such circumstances, it is crucial to seek professional help from psychologists.
3 - The importance of maintaining a clean and hygienic environment was highlighted in a scene where a young boy carelessly littered a water bottle in his school and was reprimanded by his teacher and instructed to clean up his mess.
Kudos to the remarkable cast, producers, and the entire team at Bile TV for their exceptional production. I am eagerly anticipating the next episode.
