Alistair has us all very excited! Mountain Pass has approx 20 million tonnes of at a high grade of ~8-9% rare earth oxide (REO). Will be interesting to see the similarities between MP and our new acquisition which has very similar high grades. Looking forward to kicking off our roadshow next week.

CMOC's Brazilian Niobium assets in Goias (same province as Santa Anna) represent one of the world's most significant high-grade deposits: Total Resource is 602.9 million tonnes (Mt) at a grade of 0.43% Nb₂O₅. CMOC Group acquired this project operation US$1.015 billion. $PNN Santa Anna project will shortly have an initial MRE which should clearly outline the potential size and upside for this amazing project. I don’t think shareholders fully understand the value of this project, yet.

We’ve entered a Binding Letter of Intent to acquire the advanced and high-grade Morro do Ferro Rare Earth Elements Project in Minas Gerais state, Brazil. The Morro do Ferro Project is a very high-grade, well-validated rare earth asset with multiple drilling intersections reporting results in excess of 50,000ppm (5%) TREO and mineralised from surface to end of hole, including 60.85m at 89,177ppm (8.92%) TREO and 70.9m at 79,997ppm (8.00%) TREO. Individual ultra-high-grade REE samples include 2m at 241,301ppm (24.13%) TREO and mineralisation remains open at depth and along strike with extremely high-grade mineralisation at the end-of-hole in multiple drillholes. The acquisition would complement the Santa Anna Niobium-REE Project and position the Company as a leading Brazilian-focused strategic critical minerals exploration and development company. We’ve moved into the active field phase of our mineral resource expansion program at the Rincon #Lithium Project in Salta, Argentina. Tromino® BLU seismometers are on-site, with Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) surveys underway to explore the depth potential beyond the current 605-metre drillhole, which concluded while still within lithium-bearing brine. By integrating passive seismic surveys with existing Vertical Electrical Sounding (VES) survey data, we are building a 3D geological-hydrogeological model to serve as the technical foundation for future mineral resource estimation and production modelling. Full-scale geophysical surveys are scheduled to continue throughout the first quarter of 2026. Drilling imminent (rain clearing) $SGQ today announced: 82.55m @ 3.90% TREO and 0.59% Nb₂O₅ from surface in AXDD014 including: • 56.55m @ 4.97% TREO and 0.72% Nb₂O₅ from 26m $PNN last drill campaign hit MN-RC-045 with 83m to EOH at 3,348ppm Nb2O5 from 17m. This includes 22m at 5,798ppm Nb2O5 from 28m. With only 10% of the project drilled and untested targets identified should be a good start to 2026. Our Investment @PowerMin_PNN $PNN just put out an update on progress at its JV’d Argentinian lithium project. While we are mainly invested in $PNN for its rare earth element (REE) assets, $PNN also holds a lithium brine project in Argentina’s renowned lithium triangle. Lithium prices are up recently and we have seen lithium small caps start to move over the past few weeks. We think $PNN could benefit from some of the capital flowing back into lithium stocks over the coming weeks. Today, $PNN finalised the documentation for its Rincon JV with partner Navigate Energy. $PNN Santa Anna project currently has a mining operation/license in place for phosphate. This bodes well for the future of the project with no licensing/environmental issues.

The demand from China for critical minerals in Brazil is growing. The United States is also targeting Brazil which creates an interesting dynamic. China has the best processing facilities which allows them to target many projects. Our understanding is that CMOC is producing a Niobium concentrate from as little as 0.3% Nb ore which talks to the advancement in their processing capabilities.
