If these leagues were smart they'd ditch their big cities and head to smaller parts of the country. Not only are those areas not being impacted as bad by COVID but it'd provide a nice test case of other markets for future sports teams.

@mpelc @UniWatch We're already hosting supercross and the upcoming women's soccer tournament. Why not add some more sports!

@UniWatch @mpelc I have to also remember everyone is in a different situation. I live in Utah and out west where things have never been as bad as other parts of the country.

@UniWatch @mpelc Who knows. All very confusing and complicated. I'm just glad I don't make the real decisions and can just sit back and enjoy some EPL in the meantime.

@UniWatch @mpelc How can all these soccer leagues be starting up across the world then and only those in the US seem to be freaking out when a few people test positive? I'm not saying it isn't an issue but I think you can find a balance of healthy and safety and the ability to play.

@mpelc @UniWatch Not saying you can get all of them back to work but you've gotta start somewhere and those that will go back to work in some capacity will be very grateful for a paycheck.

@MrMitch90 @UniWatch I'd agree with you as I have a friend out of work in minor league ball, but even if baseball comes back, minor league baseball is not coming back this year. And MLB stadiums will be empty, no concessions, no users, no parking people. They are still screwed sadly.
