@DisMotoringUK Hope your optimism on the effectiveness of the new powers will materialise. My concern is with many Councils, seriously strapped for funding, or with minimal majorities, will either not be able to, or not be committed to invest on the required resources to manage it effectively.

@scott_expert @AgentP22 That's very bad advice. A parking manager will not cancel anyone's PCN just because someone get in touch with them via LinkedIn and as we know if the time to appeal expires, it's likely to result in having to pay the full amount or even higher.

If you wish to lodge a complaint to appeal an unfair council parking ticket, look the Managers up on LinkedIn to bypass the forms & red tape. That's what I do. They work for us - not the other way round @AgentP22
