After two league losses we were able to get our first league win on Friday against Santa Fe 70-43. Thank you to the teachers who participated in our Teacher Appreciation Night. We play Whittier on Weds at 5 pm at home.
Two solid wins this week vs Montebello 55-21 and vs El Monte 66-6, move us to 16-4 on the season! Now we open league with a game at La Serna on Wednesday! 🏀
We were able to overcome a poor shooting performance in the first half to beat El Monte 49-32 on Friday night. We finish our non-league schedule with an 11-8 record. League starts next week as we travel to La Serna on Wednesday and Cal on Friday. #bluepride
Varsity won the championship in the red division of the Doug Uselton Memorial Tournament with a 48-43 win over Segerstrom tonight. Junior Guard Andrew Morones earned All Tournament honors and Adam Rivas was Tournament MVP. We will be playing El Monte on Friday night. #bluepride

We were able to rebound from a tough one point loss to Katella with a 55-40 win over Paramount. We will play for 3rd place in the Red Division in the Doug Uselton Memorial Tournament at Oxford Academy on Monday at 3 pm.
We were unable to make a shot at the buzzer and lost to Katella 45-46 in the Doug Uselton Memorial Tournament at Oxford Academy. We will get a chance respond to this loss tomorrow against Paramount at 430 pm.
We were able to win our first game 63-52 against Saddleback in the Doug Uselton Memorial Tournament at Oxford Academy. We’ll try to continue our streak in our second game against Katella on Friday night at 6 pm.
We had a full last day in Vegas. Won the breakfast special vs Foothill, NV. 56-42! Actual breakfast at Pancake House! Watched our boys get a W! BBQ dinner! Rode the roller coaster at New York, New York! Finished the day going to the top of the Strat for a great view of Vegas! 🏀
After losing our first two matchups to two great teams from UT and ID and losing a second half lead in our third to Bellflower 47-54 we were able to finish the Tarkanian Classic with a 66-43 win over Bourgade Catholic (AZ). We’ll remember these lessons as we play after Christmas.
We were unable to overcome a bad defensive first quarter against Temple City losing 50-57. We fought the whole game, but could never overcome the deficit. Our next test will be 4 games in the Tarkanian Classic in Las Vegas starting Weds.
