Noon called me 2 days ago regarding the refund for my 7 PlayStation 5 units and clearly promised an update within 24 hours. It has now been over 48 hours with ZERO response.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. I have already raised this multiple times and still no resolution.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this case formally with UAE consumer authorities.
