@roadto2022en The #HayyaCard process is a nightmare. I was turned away from my @qatarairways flight because YOUR platform changed my name even tho it was approved. Approved, they still said no. Had to re-apply, approved, and my name STILL wrong from UR platorm. @roadto2022news

Not just because of this, but because of everything surrounding the World Cup screams a mistake.
In Qatar - so many reasons to discuss how this was a massive mistake.

Budweiser a FIFA sponsor for over 30 years which pays the organization more than $100M per World Cup cycle won’t be allowed to serve you beer in or around the stadiums here in Qatar. They’ve just learned of this .. 48 hours before opening kick of the tournament. 🫠

@paolojduarte @SkySportsNews @CNN @cnni Yeah we finally got it approved but rebooking the flights wasn’t going to happen with the current prices. So we ended up missing out on everything. I hope you have a better experience from here on!

@MrRobWeldon @SkySportsNews @CNN @cnni I am so sorry to hear that man. My Hayya card is now situated but the real test will be tomorrow if I can get on the flight. I suggest calling over and over to the Hayya support number and raise hell until they make it happen for you. They can push a pending Hayya to be expedited

@CraigHughson @MillieWiller We had plans for over a year to go to a few games and see family who resides in Doha but got turned away from boarding our plane because our **8 month old** had a pending hayya. My wife and I had hayya for months. Now nothing. What a disaster

@MillieWiller Running out of time. Three phone calls today. All requiring different actions. All required of the person who transferred me the ticket. I still can’t apply for my approval. This is after daily emails and calls. All with different requests or complete lack of advice/assistance.

@SkySportsNews @CNN @cnni anyone that is willing to cover this. I know i'm not the only one dealing with the Hayya issues. I saw a whole family turned away for one letter that was out of their control. It's ridiculous.

They wouldn’t let us board the flight and now flights are prohibitively expensive. The system is extremely flawed

@roadto2022 please solve #Hayya card technical issue. #Hayya_card_pending. I have applied for a Hayya card as a Non-Match Ticket holder category it's still pending. Recently I got a M14 ticket but unfortunately #Hayya doesn't have any option to change the category. @FIFAWorldCup

@Rawaak @jbweldon @Justin_D_Martin @marcowenjones @qatarairways Honestly if @qatarairways could have had a clear pre-screening the completely inflexible gate process could’ve been avoided. By the time we got his #hayya approved (15 hours btw) the flights were prohibitively expensive
