Last Saturday, I attended @wmwrafac's Squadron Commanders’ Conference - bringing together volunteer leaders from across our 27 squadrons, spanning Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, the Black Country, and Cyprus.
