@BringBackBanjoK I imagine Kameo, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, and especially Viva Piñata would’ve sold so much better on Nintendo. Banjo would’ve continued as an ongoing series, and Rare would’ve helped a lot during the Wii/Wii U era, when a lot of devs were skipping those platforms.

Weird statement. Everyone knows games released at the end of a console don’t sell as well as early releases Despite that, Banjo Tooie [3 mil] & Perfect Dark [2.5 mil] still managed to be among the absolute best selling games on the platform Then SFA was a best selling GCN game

I think the amount of people saying the Rare buyout is funny AF because even by the end of the N64, Rareware was showing the cracks in the armor that would lead to the mistakes they had a Microsoft. If anything, Nintendo dodged a bullet. Rare was past its prime imo 🤷‍♂️

Is it worth investing in a Switch 2 pro controller? I fucking hate using the joy cons when the system is docked. I have an adapter to use my PS5 controller on my PS3 that also works for Switch but that feels like sacrilege. So is the pro controller worth it?

@PlayStation I am losing faith in the PlayStation brand after the recent DRM update, increases to PS+, & lack of exclusive games. I hope down the line you fix all three. Wolverine alone isn’t enough to make me change my mind.

@ZachInsomnia Same. This movie fell flat. I liked the first 10 minutes, Shadow and Maria’s flashbacks, & Super Sonic/Shadow. Everything else I could do without. I see people praising this movie, calling it peak and I’m wondering if we saw the same movie.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Smash breaks its own established rule and includes a non video game character in the next game Not sure who it’d be. But people forget that Sakurai had already considered James Bond for Melee There are a few good choices that aren’t just memes imo

@SmugStickDB Kikuchi is Dragon Ball. His score is timeless. The Bruce Faulconer score isn’t bad, though. At times, it can get repetitive. I know Funimation had that stupid rule about not allowing any silent moments, but at least they tried to minimize it during those scenes.

Well, it's a slow process, but i've got all sprites done in Air Man's stage for 16-bit. Here's a look of it in action. Ignore the gray bar you see on the screen, that's one of my bg layer's for parallax that I don't have constructed yet. Huge thanks to Tails Gaming Power over at my discord, for the shading work for the sprites.

I'm literally certified by GameFreak as a Metagross obsessed freak. It's so cool they acknowledge when you've transferred Pokemon across generations like this. From the original Ruby & Sapphire all the way to ORAS. Wish there was an acknowledgement for Pokemon from X & Y all the way to Z-A like this!

What I’m learning about the new Star Fox is that being only a casual fan of the series seems to have its perks because I genuinely think the new one looks enjoyable lol Design-wise I’m not thrilled with the art direction but also not disgusted like others seem to be

@jiggylookback I get why they’re doing it if they want to introduce a Star Fox a new generation. I don’t mind a modern Star Fox 64 remake especially since it will probably lead to a new game. But I have a feeling Nintendo is gonna charge $70 for a game that has no business being $70.
