So what we are saying here is that those of us who have suffered the most from junior doctor pay erosion continue to get Diddley Squat and those who didn’t get the biggest pay increase? Oh and SPA becomes DCC? Think I’ll pass.

11/ changes to pay scale are: - higher starting salary ~£100k - shorter time to top of scale 14 years instead of 19 - fewer pay points -4 rather than 8 - higher top paypoint ~£132k - a range of additional increases from 0-12.8% on top of the 6% but payable from Jan 24
