The market is indeed torturing the casual, retail trader. Most moves are in off=hours & teases the small money into plays that look like they are there, but they are not. Might be wise to sit on the sides until the Iran crisis is over.

$TMUS stayed strong while the market dropped, but I exited my position as the VIX is too high and I wanted to scale back some risk and enter anew next week. Have a nice weekend!

Sunday. I’ll be watching $TMUS as it tests its own momentum over the next few days. I don’t know the actual way it will go but I’m looking for a strong bullish continuation. Worst case scenario is it stalls out. No play tomorrow on it… just watching.

Sunday thoughts: This same thing happened in June. Equities sold off sharply at the open, then recovered once it became clear the Strait of Hormuz was not disrupted. Will it happen again? Oil will rise. It will cause a problem for transportation/travel.
