BGISD will be closed Nov 23 - 27, 2020. The decision was made to assist with schools' increasing number of positive cases of COVID-19 and the number of individuals in quarantine. The district plans to reopen the week of Nov. 30 with Purple/Gold schedule.

Per recommendation of Gov. Beshear, schools will remain closed until at least Monday, April 20, 2020. We will continue to utilize NTI, or non-traditional instructional days this week, as well as the two weeks following spring break.
