@SustainableTall The new development opposite mine has been empty for about 6 months since it was completed, its shared ownership only. However, Hounslow council has already snapped up 30 of the 3 bed apartments and families have moved in. Tax payers cover the £4k/yr service charge.

@SustainableTall I recently moved from a semi detached house after 36 years to a new 1 bed flat near Chiswick, I don’t use the gym/cinema/office within the building, but it’s totally worth paying the £218/mo service charge for 24/7 concierge. Secured residents parking & ev chargers.. 10/10!

Note to self, never buy a domain name again from Ionos @ionos_help_US - Can’t believe they’ve instruct debt collection agency for non payment of a domain renewal. Others like namecheap or godaddy just expire the domain. Now it’s going to affect my credit score 🤷🏻♂️ #webdesigner

It’s truly disgusting that @MINIUK charges £150 for each 3 diagnosis of issues that are covered by the warranty. Honestly, I hate this brand so much. I can’t even sell it with these issues, not created by them 😤 I’m better off taking it apart and selling it piece by piece. Ugh!

@ukevowners @AutoPap I’m renting a car park space at my developments secured underground parking and only just realised there are 24 7kW pod point chargers for 33p/kWh (40p/kWh on Sundays). Love waking up to a full charge, and somehow I get 10-20 miles more than charging at a public charger.

7kW pod point chargers are actually quite fast! 4 chargers were in use out of 24, and thankfully there’s no idle fee as I eventually plugged out at 15:49 😳 Honestly, life has been monumentally easier with an ev charger in my residents underground parking.

I can’t be for sure but since the fuel court price hikes, the manner of people’s driving has been atrocious in the past 3 days. Nothing but bullies on the road, even though I removed all the ‘ev’ emblems on my car, people are just raging mad, I stick to the speed limit too.

Ouch! Sucks for anyone driving ICE. I’m doing my bit to help my neighbours get to their workplace in Guildford.. and I can work remotely on my laptop. There’s no point sharing the £9 charging cost between 3 ppl, so they buy me lunch. Only downside, they don’t like sport mode 😅
