@CoachGrase @SCASCD A5: Constant disruptions left a group feeling unheard . Instead of enforcing stricter rules, I implemented restorative circles, giving students a voice to express concerns in a controlled and open environment. Over time, trust grew, conflicts decreased, and students felt safer!
