Never returned. The British case died the day he ran. The Nigerian conviction was erased the day Buhari signed. A sitting governor was caught red-handed in a London hotel with stolen state money. Tried. Convicted. Jailed. Then unjailed by his best friend. This is how Nigeria works. Steal enough and you will be dangerous to be convicted.
