@Zirene Zirene, thank you for the awesome updates to prot paladin next phase. Can you do me a favor and check the prot pally sim. Put this in: When I do it, I'm getting 3720 dps, 8900 tps, 14.1k hp, sim says 411.55 DTPS. I'm not complaining. Is that where bliz wants us for P8?

@BlizzardCS Ticket Number: US103568732 PJ helped me get access to my acc after a vicious hacker attack. I'm trying to work on getting my account restored prior to the attack but the GMs are giving me the automatic copy and paste replies. Can you escalate this to the right person?

@BlizzardCS PJ really appreciate your help. I got my account back. I got phone verification on, auth turned on, new pw and new email. The hacker got a hold of all my characters though. Removed all my gold, bags, consumables for raid, gear, items in bank. Can you help? US103568732

@BlizzardCS I got the email to verify my email but it won't let me do anything with the account ban or change the email because of the ban. I do appreciate you looking into the account

I see your ticket, Mrcer. I've asked this account be banned till things can get sorted. They had enough of your info to get us to take off your authenticator - that's bad. Once this gets sorted, I'd recommend a brand new email for this account, I'd also check if that one may be compromised. ^PJ

@BlizzardCS I only got 1 Remnants of Valor from Heart of Doom quest. I can't submit a ticket, my "submit ticket" button just keeps spinning on both web browser and in-game. Everyone else is getting 40 Remnants of Valor. What do I do. This is for SoD

@Zirene Please reconsider making Ret 6pc Scale off of spell book crit chance API. It's sem-forcing exo Rets to use the healer helm rune instead of the ret helm rune. Or not to run 6pc ret at all.
