However, to my complete surprise, I later received an email stating that my account had been breached and that a refund had been issued. No prior notice or detailed explanation was provided regarding this decision. I strongly believe this situation is unfair and respectfully request a thorough review of my case. Transparency and clear communication are essential in maintaining trust between traders and firms. I kindly ask fellow traders and colleagues to support me in bringing attention to this matter. Additionally, I respectfully request that my payout be processed and my account reinstated if no valid violation is found.
