The two individuals involved were identified as 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly aka “Chud the Builder,” and another man. Both sustained gunshot wounds and were hospitalized in stable condition. Eatherly was arrested and charged with criminal attempt murder (15-60 years), employing a firearm during a dangerous felony (minimum 6 years), aggravated assault (3 to 15 years), and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (1 to 6 years).
