@oldad1775 We just bought 40 acres of mostly cedar. If we could have got it for 40k.... oh man... Do it. It'll be hard work, but it will 100% be worth it in the end

I have an option to buy apx 40 acres of family land for $40k. Haven't been there for years. Mostly wooded with a small meadow. It's hilltop, access road is a nightmare. Hunting is good. Would put a giant cramp on spending for quite some time.

I bought tickets for Tyler Childers like 2 days before I found out we were expecting. The show is June 6th. I just hope I don’t end up miserable there watching it. We have balcony seats so it should be okay. I couldn’t bring myself to sell them. 🤣😅
