@ncte @ProjectLITComm Our School Resource Officer is coming to talk to my students this next Friday to have a police officer’s perspective on The Hate U Give. We’re half way through the novel. I’ll ask Ss to write 3 questions, but I’m wondering if anyone has other suggestions.
English

@SherryWillifor2 @ncte @ProjectLITComm Yes! I gave him a copy and he read it in two days and passed it on. He’s great!

@MrsAprilHarmon @ncte @ProjectLITComm SROs are great. Ours is reading Long Way Down to discuss it with my kids. Much better use of time than law enforcement protesting books about real world events.
