The best treatment for persistent pain is prevention. Prevention will require a focus on the lifespan developmental perspective & the role of social factors. We don't wait to learn to brush our teeth until we have a cavity. But that's what we do with pain.

@AdamMeakins I got a progression here on the Cable Catch 💪 - it’s similar but and a nice way to develop some Collision / Contact Conditioning in the late stage Rehab post shoulder injury , working relative to your body weight , just a wall , no equipment needed 👍 do you like ?
