
@pwharris I start by thinking about it as “7/8 x 4/5” or “7/8 of 4/5”. Then, I know 4/5 is equivalent to 8/10, making each of the 8 parts = to 1/10. 7/8 means I want 7 of the 8 parts so that makes 7/10.

Arizona’s school voucher program, the first in the nation, proves one thing: low-income families are left behind.
