If a player doesn’t play hard all the time, no skill they bring to the table can offset that. Playing hard is a prerequisite to playing. Period. Nobody succeeds by making half an effort. Make sure your players understand that laziness is unacceptable. Competing to WIN is a skill!

3v3 no dribble is so great. Teaches movement, cutting, screening away, etc… I saw a huge growth with my 8th grade team this year. These are kids who just joined this year. They know how to cut and when. We did this drill every day.

I really dont think 95% of society realizes how hard it is to play any sport at any level in college.
