The nursery children had a walk to St George's Church today. They were warmly welcomed by Reverend Cath and Mrs Mallon. Thank you for having us and thank you to the helpers who came with us. @MrGSGC

The nursery children have been looking at a book about when our school was built and they have constructed some fabulous buildings of their own. @MrGSGC

A huge thank you to Miss Killian for coming into school today to talk to the nursery children about her job working for the Royal Mail. She also read a funny story about somebody who delivered the post 🙂. @MrGSGC

A massive thank you to Jorgie's Mum Alex who came into nursery to talk about her business Totally Baked and why she loves her job. The children really enjoyed decorating some cakes with her 😊. @MrGSGC

Thank you for your donations for Red Nose Day. We have been enjoying being funny and thinking about who our money can help. We have made some Red Nose biscuits 🔴. @MrGSGC

Nursery have taken part in #WorldDownSyndromeDay by planting sunflowers. We also wore odd socks and had a discussion about celebrating difference and uniqueness! @MrGSGC @LsgcMrs

Improving our physical skills playing mini golf, making clay pots and cutting in the mud kitchen. Also singing number frog songs independently in provision 🙂. @MrGSGC

For Science Week we looked at the question ' Could we grow food on the moon?'. We have planted bulbs outdoors and indoors, planted some cress and had lots of stories to help us think about what growing conditions are needed. @MrGSGC @MissCBSGC
