I was invited by one of my students to show their lamb in the Freeman Celebrity Teacher show today. It was so fun to get back to my FFA roots and see all of the hard work my student has put in. That 145 pound lamb was no joke but I won Reserve Champion! Such a fun evening.

The focus this week was on gratitude so while students wrote their own gratitude notes, I decided to write some to my students who constantly demonstrate what it means to #BeAbove 🦅 @GoldenFHSEagles

To end our unit, US History students evaluated President Roosevelt's New Deal by giving him a report card. Students also wrote a CER on the overall effectiveness of the new deal. @SocStudiesFHS

💖 Pink Out Day 💖 Today, we wear pink not just for awareness — but for love, strength, and remembrance. I’m honoring every warrior who has battled cancer — those who continue to fight and those we’ve had to say goodbye to. 💪🎗️ Especially today, I’m thinking about my Mom. Her strength, her grace, her fight — it stays with me every single day.
