It worked! Gr5 @WPSTillsonburg used concrete models to represent equivalent fractions. 1 whole=2 1/2 strips=4 1/4 strips=8 1/8 strips. Ss saying "oh now I see it!" "Oh it's a pattern!" And "double the numerator, double the denominator". 🎶 to my ears!! @tvdsbmathk8 @TVDSB

Literally taken exactly from the Math PD led by you and @MrsKMethot last year. I couldn't keep up with the class once they made the connections that half of a whole isn't just the fraction 1/2. Mind blown!
